I have spotted me !
Jane Green , in the white hat first row right. I was wearing my best suit, a wool jacket and skirt in fine tweed of white with lavender and green dog tooth checks, white gloves and white straw hat. The girl third from right in first row is my best friend, Jeanette Booth ( of Booth’s buses fame) , now sadly deceased . I think of her often. The girl on the left of Jeanette may be her sister Elaine. Their mother muriel is stillalive and well at over 90. I remember Eva Shirtcliffe playing the organ at my wedding.
Front row seated – second from the right is my sister Susan Ball nee Edmonds. I am the first lad from the right, Steve Edmonds, and next to me is Graham Sullivan. I think the next in line is David Bentley but I’m not 100%.
