I have just written an entry in Germany’s magical Wikipedia: http://www.zauber-pedia.de. I have found his death dates but could not get hold of his birthday, month and year. Any help is highly appreciated.

Frank had a shop – Baumforth and Garfitt – which sold radios and cycles. The shop was next to where Kwik Copy is now.
Frank was a member of the Magic Circle and appeared in shows locally.

I remember Frank. Way back in the 1960s I used to go to meetings of a local magic society in his “private theatre”.
