I moved to high Moor from Glasgow, my dad was employed to commission the gasometer in the background, attended school in Killamarsh around 53/55,not a happy time, only Scott at the school, was always fighting, and it would be me getting the cane, I lived with the Manghams who owned the farm in the recker, the only name I can recall was Billy Birchall, and a boy that lived a couple of doors down on the main St, robert??
